Workfield exists to make it easier for companies to find the right subcontractor at the right price through open competition. Our team has spent years inside the fiber & telecom industry - designing networks, pulling permits, managing civil crews, signing off as-builts - and we kept seeing the same problem: sourcing capable subcontractors is slow, opaque, and built on personal contacts instead of transparent tendering.

So we built the platform we wished existed: a focused tender marketplace where clients post the work, qualified service companies apply, and procurement teams compare bids side-by-side. The same workflow extends to general construction and BIM projects - those verticals are coming next.
