1. Who we are

Workfield (workfield.eu) is a B2B tender marketplace. By creating an account and using the platform, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. What Workfield is and is not

Workfield is a platform that facilitates connections between companies that need subcontractors (clients) and companies that offer services (service providers).

Workfield is not a party to any contract, agreement, or transaction between users. We do not guarantee the quality, legality, or performance of any company listed on the platform. Any commercial relationship established through Workfield is solely between the companies involved.

3. Eligibility

You must be a registered business or acting on behalf of a registered business to use Workfield. The platform is intended for B2B use only. By registering, you confirm that you have the authority to represent your company.

4. User accounts

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • You must provide accurate and truthful information when registering and creating your profile
  • You must notify us immediately at info@workfield.eu if you suspect unauthorized access to your account
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms

5. Posting tenders (clients)

By posting a tender on Workfield, you confirm that:

  • The tender represents a real and legitimate business need
  • The information provided is accurate to the best of your knowledge
  • You have the authority within your company to initiate a procurement process
  • You will engage with applications in good faith

We reserve the right to remove tenders that are fraudulent, misleading, or violate these terms.

6. Submitting applications (service providers)

By submitting an application on Workfield, you confirm that:

  • Your company has the capacity and qualifications described in your application
  • Any certifications or credentials listed are accurate and current
  • You will engage with clients in good faith if selected

7. Winner selection and contracts

When a client selects a winner on Workfield, this action is final on the platform. However, it does not constitute a legally binding contract between the companies. Any formal contract, purchase order, or agreement must be established directly between the client and the selected service provider outside of Workfield.

Workfield is not responsible for disputes arising from contracts or agreements between users.

8. Prohibited conduct

Users must not:

  • Post false, misleading, or fraudulent tenders or applications
  • Use the platform to solicit work outside the platform in bad faith
  • Attempt to access other users' data or accounts
  • Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the platform
  • Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
  • Use the platform for any purpose that violates applicable law

9. Intellectual property

All content you post on Workfield (tender descriptions, application content, company profiles) remains your property. By posting it, you grant Workfield a non-exclusive license to display it on the platform for the purposes of operating the service.

The Workfield name, logo, and platform design are the property of Workfield. You may not reproduce or use them without permission.

10. Limitation of liability

Workfield is provided as-is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

  • Any loss of business, revenue, or data arising from use of the platform
  • The conduct, quality, or reliability of any user or company on the platform
  • Any interruption or unavailability of the platform
  • Any dispute between users

11. Changes to the platform and terms

We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify registered users of significant changes by email. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

We may also modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the platform at any time.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Czech Republic.
